At Concanto, we strive to ensure every customer is satisfied with their purchase. If you’re not completely happy, we’re here to help.
Returns Eligibility
- Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original condition with tags attached.
- Returns must be requested within 7 days of receiving your order.
- Custom-sewn or made-to-order items cannot be returned unless they arrive damaged or defective.
Refunds & Exchanges
- Approved returns will be refunded to your original payment method once the item is received and inspected.
- If you prefer, you can request an exchange or store credit instead of a refund.
- Shipping costs are non-refundable, and return shipping fees are the customer’s responsibility unless the item was defective or incorrect.
How to Start a Return
- Email us at anthonyodhiambo@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return.
- Our team will review your request and provide return instructions.
- Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund or exchange.
