At Concanto, we strive to ensure every customer is satisfied with their purchase. If you’re not completely happy, we’re here to help.

Returns Eligibility
  • Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original condition with tags attached.
  • Returns must be requested within 7 days of receiving your order.
  • Custom-sewn or made-to-order items cannot be returned unless they arrive damaged or defective.
Refunds & Exchanges
  • Approved returns will be refunded to your original payment method once the item is received and inspected.
  • If you prefer, you can request an exchange or store credit instead of a refund.
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable, and return shipping fees are the customer’s responsibility unless the item was defective or incorrect.
How to Start a Return
  1. Email us at anthonyodhiambo@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return.
  2. Our team will review your request and provide return instructions.
  3. Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund or exchange.
